Connector4j Feature Requests

Use a bearer auth-scheme or form-based auth instead of or in addition to BASIC auth that currently secures the Admin API.

Currently, the balance tracker requires Redis, although the account store uses Posgres. It may be desirable to not use Redis at all for balance tracking, in which case Redis would not be required for Connector deployment.

The connector should have an API endpoint in the admin api that allows for paging through "Payment history" for an account.
